As a Telesales Agent you will be a part of a fun and vibrant sales team of professionals who will motivate you to excel in your role. Full training will be given and you don't need to have previous experience selling telecoms. However, experience within an outbound sales environment would be an advantage.

My Client is a business to business provider, so it is essential to be able to build rapport with business customers. As a Telesales Agent, you will gain a full understanding of the customer requirements and match their needs with the vast number of products and services we offer; generating revenue and commission for yourself.

Telesales Agent is responsible for:

* Identifying potential opportunities and leads for our Business Development Executives
* Work to daily and weekly targets
* Promote our products and services by upselling and cross selling
* Maintain the customer database
* Proactively following up on leads
* Making a minimum of 100 calls a day
* Demonstrate good team work as you will be working closely with Business Development Managers to achieve closure on new accounts
