IN Recruitment are recruiting a Sous Chef for a traditional seaside hotel in Dorset. This position is a varied and challenging role and you will help oversee all aspects of managing a busy kitchen.

The Sous Chef will have similar level of experience as a Sous or Senior Sous in a 3/4-star hotel environment. You will be responsible for staff training and development and ensuring a 5* hygiene standard is achieved at all times. The food on offer is very traditional, catering for varied guests… extremely busy in the Summer, quiet off season. This is a very family friendly hotel, offering full board during high season.

As Sous Chef, you will be both energetic and approachable, and know how to develop and grow the current food trade, in an extremely competitive local environment. You will also need work well under pressure and be able to support and motivate your brigade.
