Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of Managed Print Solutions and Document Solutions operating nationally across the UK working with blue chip, public sector and SME clients. As a result of continual business growth, they are currently looking to hire a Photocopier Engineer to join their expanding service team covering West Yorkshire - M62 corridor between Huddersfield and Pontefract including Leeds.

Job description:

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Photocopier Engineer role and will be responsible for installing, servicing and repairing colour and mono photocopiers, printers and MFD's across West Yorkshire. You will attend service calls as directed by call control to carry out routine maintenance and service, repair and maintenance of machines. You will provide site training and advice to customers so they fully understand how to operate their products.

Required skills:

Must have experience working as a Photocopier Engineer servicing and repairing colour and mono photocopiers, printers and MFDs
Manufacturer trained by Ricoh or Canon
Must have excellent customer service skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Full driving licence

Desirable skills:

Installation and networking skills
Experience installing and configuring print and document management software such as Equitrac, PaperCut, eCopy
