We have the perfect role for an established specialist CAFM systems Manager who would like to move to the next level in their career and be the principle person in managing the delivery and integration of a total CAFM services to a large portfolio of clients on a national basis.

In this position you will have the autonomy to run your division with the support of a senior a Director. You will be involved in the integration of the CAFM system across the entire portfolio of FM contracts.

You will drive the projects identifying areas of shortfall and directing the team in providing time scales and deliverable targets for additional works, producing management reports and dealing with personnel and specialist sub-contractors.

• Responsible nationwide for CAFM Systems/ training/ development of system
• Created Integration between Access and Concept Evolution to manage Purchase orders (now dimensions)
• FSI GO developments
• Creating new dashboards and Reports
• Mobilising all new contracts in system both hard and soft FM
• Responsible for the upkeep of Concept Evolution
• Overseeing the transition between Concept 500 into Concept Evolution
• Mobilising new contract wins in concept evolution
• Training of staff members
• Training clients on use of system
• Building new business reports and dashboards in the system

The Package
This role comes with a company car or car allowance, all expenses, mobile, Laptop etc. £60,000 basic plus bonus scheme.
You will work from home managing your time and getting around to all your clients and personnel, you will be expected to meet up with management colleagues on a regular basis and there will be considerable travel involved.

You will be expected to take part in developing client relationships, so this will suit someone with good social skills and a people person.

The Role
You will be joining a very well established management team on a number of very specific key client accounts that has been in the business for many years and is expected to grow even further.

The company provides a total Facilities Management Service to a large portfolio of commercial offices, distribution centres and warehouses on a national basis but 70% of the buildings are in the South East, central London and some in the Home Counties.

The company delivers a total FM package to its clients which includes M&E, Cleaning, Security , Grounds and Infrastructure.

The portfolio base maintenance is around £35m at present but this is expected to grow over the next twelve months to around the £60m mark
