Our client, a national electrical distribution company, is now looking to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager to cover a territory including London, Kent, Hampshire and Sussex
You will be working with the General Manager and be responsible for selling the company’s product range of cables, cable Management and accessories into an established key customer base including Electrical Contractors, Utilities companies, Rail Associated Companies plus many more within the designated territory.
Our client is looking for a professional sales person who is confidant dealing with large key accounts at Senior & Boardroom level.
You will have a good level of education and be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal. In addition to this you will possess the drive and desire to grow a large account portfolio and ensure that all sales opportunities are met.
It is important that you have good time management and planning skills. You must be a competitive, self-motivated professional with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
As a Key Account Manager You will be responsible for managing larger customer accounts within the territory, developing existing business and be proactive in finding opportunities to develop new business.
You must have a background working in the electrical industry, and have previous experience dealing with larger spend accounts within the Electrical sector.
