Main responsibilities

As Butler Manager you will be to lead a team of Butlers to provide a professional, 5 star service across 2 floors, 40 meeting rooms. As Head Butler you will ensure hospitality such as small lunches, formal dinners and large functions are delivered to a high standard, and you will be actively involved in overseeing all operating procedures are in line with expectations. Great opportunity for someone looking for a step up into something bigger.

Ideal candidate

We are looking for someone with a passion for high-end hospitality, Ideally previous experience in a similar environment or private household who can review and implement standards and processes. Fine dining experience is essential, alongside an understanding of quality produce and wines. Some experience of managing others, completing bookwork, along with knowledge of HR procedures would be ideal.
