Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of a global Microsoft Dynamics partner based in the South East. This will be a permanent role paying up to £60k + an excellent holiday & benefits package including a £4k bonus and a £5,400 car allowance.

Overview -

The successful candidate will be planning & executing the implementation of Dynamics CRM across our client's customer base, and will regularly be working across 2-3 concurrent projects around the UK (the role will incorporate frequent travel across the Midlands & South East).

Key Responsibilities -

- Analyse the customer's business, developing an understanding of their business objectives, and identify efficient ways CRM will add value to their business
- Planning and executing the implementation of CRM, providing regular progress updates to the customer
- Assist with project communication and best practise throughout the system implementation
- Inspire and guide new and existing customers on the integration and use of CRM and CRM updates
- Run training workshops to introduce CRM to employees on customer sites
- Provide on-going support to businesses once the system roll out has been completed

Criteria -

- Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience, ideally with CRM 2015, CRM 2016 or 365
- Proven experience in consulting on software products, business analysis and requirements gathering
- Knowledge of CRM usage in Browsers, Outlook, Tablet and Mobile Applications
- Perform training sessions
- Comfortable with home based working

Please note - this role will be a 50:50 split, incorporating site visits and home based work.
