A confident communicator with the ability to respond immediately and intelligently to client questions and requirements is what is needed. Experience in growing an account based on identifying and exploiting opportunities within client businesses will be essential.
Internally, the Account Manager will be responsible for scoping, budgeting and scheduling projects in liaison with the studio team, creating proposals and selling them in to clients. Once approved, the AM will manage the delivery of the project to schedule and budget, handling day-to-day communication with the client and internal teams, and ultimately ensuring the delivery of every project correctly. Running internal sign-offs on all activity is a key responsibility of the role to ensure our reputation for quality and attention to detail is maintained.
The position would ideally be filled by an experienced Account Manager who has worked within an agency for a minimum of 3 years. The ability to liaise between client and creative teams in the terms they both need/expect must already be developed.
