Sales Executives - Business Development, Bromley
We are currently expanding and looking for smart telesales employees to join our team. The role offered is a full time, permanent telesales position with immediate starts for our modern office in Bromley.
Telesales experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided to the selected candidates.
Your responsibility will be to open leads for the closers by calling MD’s of companies across Europe. Attractive commission is then paid on each deal closed. Ambitious sales people will aim to become closers and team leaders. The role is suited for individuals looking for a challenging and varied role with opportunities to progress in the company.
Our head office is based in central London with local sales office in Bromley. We have been in the European market offering business development services for over 30 years. We sell our service to clients in a variety of industries so salespeople are not restricted. Our core activity is helping companies from Western Europe export to Eastern Europe. Eastern Europe is a growing market and we are the most established company working in this niche.
Minimum requirements for this role:
· Well spoken English
· Confident telephone manner
· Highly motivated
· Target driven
· Good time keeping and reliable
Salary will consist of a basic salary of £15k PA plus generous uncapped commission structure and bonuses. OTE £25-£40k+. Excellent quarterly incentives which include trips abroad. Free tea, coffee and water available. Favourable weekday working times, so employees finish at 4pm!
