This is a great opportunity for a degree educated recruiter who has experience from either an agency or internal background. They will be responsible for both the strategic resourcing plans working closely with the board, as well as the operational end to end recruitment piece.
My client is a market leading FMCG buisness with several sites based throughout the country. The have 600+ headcount and have exciting growth plans within the next 12 months.
- Leadership of the recruitment, candidate management and on boarding
- Working closely with the board of directors to identify recruitment needs within the business
- organise and attend recruitment events to develop talent pipelines
- Develop targeted sourcing plans for specific positions
- Degree educated
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Previous experience recruiting a volume of 60+ roles within a time frame of a year
- Track record of delivering recruitment strategies ideally within an FMCG business
- Able to do national travel
