An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently recruiting for a Social CRM Lead for Unilever's Maille brand. The role will be based at Unilever prestigious global headquarters at Victoria Embankment, Blackfriars. This is a temporary role to start ASAP and expected to run for 6 months. The salary for this position is paying up-to £39,953 depending on experience.

Maille is an exciting brand with ambitious growth plans to be met by 2020.
Taking into account the brand's iconic history and its potential to become a premium, everyday luxury Food brand, a key growth driver will come through non-standard channels for Unilever - standalone boutiques and digital ecommerce (an online version of the boutique, allowing global access to the brand)

Given the unique business opportunity, the digital and ecommerce team has launched eCommerce websites in France, UK & US, and is now responsible for the ongoing trading of the websites - creating and delivering a traffic-driving marketing plan, delivering digital marketing content to support the offline business and developing the websites to be best in class.

This role is to manage engagement across our one-to-one community channels; social and CRM, including planning and delivering market, boutique and eboutique campaigns as part of an integrated marketing and retail calendar. This is a pivotal role on our ambition to deliver an omnichannel experience to our consumers.
Key Accountabilities:
*Responsible for planning and delivery of the integrated digital campaign calendar to inform CRM and social activity and content activity and linked web content, working with markets, Boutiques and Digital and Ecommerce team (20%)
*Define and deliver social content plan and calendar, establishing ways of working to ensure consistent, inspiring experiences across social to deliver our digital and ecommerce targets (20%)
*Manage social and CRM platforms and contracts to deliver the right capabilities at the right cost, working with ETS (5%)
*Design and manage consumer segmentation model and targeted, automated comms to identify and then unlock value from identified, valuable consumers across CRM and social (20%)
*Lead end to end campaign management, ensuring merchandising, digital content, website landing pages and look and feel of the sites ongoing (20%)
*Lead delivery of consumer data acquisition, including relationship marketing programme development and growth (10%)
*Responsible for tracking and delivering annual engagement channel KPI's, working with internal business analyst (5%)

Skills & Experience:

*Proven social media management and content delivery experience
*CRM expertise across segmentation, CRM consumer journey mapping, automated comms flow and optimisation
*Digital campaign marketing or ecommerce planning and activation experience
*Proficient analytical capabilities: consumer data
*Excellent project management skills ( working 3-4 campaigns open at any one time)
*Strong copy writing skills with proven experience.
*Experience working effectively with multiple 3rd party agencies
*Analytical and business oriented
*Ability to manage multiple projects at once, landing all activities on time and in budget
*Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive teams to deliver projects.
*Experience working in or with a large corporate brand team environment
*Experience working in an international environment
*An appetite for a challenge, with a hardworking, tenacious attitude, ability to multi-task and prioritize and the passion, drive and desire to win.
