Client Details

The client is Not For Profit & Charities organisation with a growing digital team seeking a Manager with fantastic social media and digital content skills to join their award winning Central London office.


The key responsibilities for this Social Media & Digital Channels Manager are:

  • Develop and implement social media & web content strategy in line with the Charity communications
  • Develop an annual content and social media plan to drive engagement and fundraising
  • Run day to day social media & web content activity
  • Build relationships with new outlets
  • support and line manage other members of staff to insure community engagement
  • maintains a suitable range of well-trained spokespeople and coach staff
  • identify opportunities for the team to improve performance
  • Develop new processes for responding to reactive opportunities across web content and social media
  • minimise complaints and reputational risk


The right Social Media & Digital Channels Manager will have the necessary experience to:

  • Develop and deliver integrated web content and social media strategies and plans
  • Support and lead crisis handling
  • Relationship building and line management skills
  • Measure and evaluate social and conventional media activity and to utilise monitoring and reporting tools
  • Experience using an array of CMS ideally Kentico!

Job Offer

This is a 6 month fixed term contract offering £35,000 - £40,000 Per annum. D.O.E
