Account Manager - Swedish

A successful, high end online gaming brand have a requirement for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of VIP customers by maintaining and strengthening customer relationships.

You will work with a driven team, provide a superior service to customers and be responsible for first class retention campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in Swedish and English - advantageous if you are also fluent in Norwegian
  • Experience of account management
  • Experience of contributing to VIP satisfaction and working with VIP customers
  • Good Excel skills, numerate and able to manage budgets
  • Confident communicator, in person and over the telephone

In this role, you will:

  • Build and grow customer relationships and proactively anticipate customer needs
  • Keep in regular contact with customers via telephone, email, face to face
  • Use data and reports to analyse customer activity
  • Follow on VIP support escalations managed by VIP support
  • Calculate, apply and credit bonuses to customers
  • Analyse bonus, gifting and events
  • Attend high profile events
  • Suggest bespoke promotions
