Phase Leader Person Specification
The ideal candidate will be a charismatic lead teacher who feels ready for increased responsibility or a current motivated Phase Leader ready for a new challenge who has received a 'Good' or better grading from observations and experience in a management capacity. You will provide an innate grasp of the strength and resilience needed for leadership positions and an understanding of both team and individual work. You will have the ability to increase passion and commitment in your school and use your talents to drive improvement at the school.
About the Phase Leader Role
As a Phase Leader at this school you will be taking charge of a KS1 Year Group as a member of the middle management. Day-to-day, you will be leading training sessions for your team and other staff members, demonstrating your exemplary teaching practice and techniques, encouraging others to follow. You will be continuing to lead effective lessons for your class on a daily basis, while also enjoying the extra responsibilities you will be taking on as a middle manager.
