I am looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join a leading sports media business, to work within their Performance Marketing team. You will be managing and owning the relationship between the CRM team and local marketing teams. You will play a lead role within the team, focusing on media strategy and execution to drive awareness, revenue and demand.

About the role

  • You will be copywriting for automated, regular and ad-hoc email marketing campaigns, this will include; welcome, churn, retention, upgrade, acquisition and news letter emails
  • You will be responsible for driving membership and customer base through obtaining new customers and reducing churn
  • Creating preference capture methods and customer surveys to develop a deeper understanding of their customers and identify new areas of opportunities
  • Developing in-app CRM, messaging development and subscription conversion
  • Supporting the creation of landing pages and articles to generate campaign conversions
  • Responsible for writing and leading the campaign briefings and creative sign-off
  • Providing full analysis and reporting on campaign activity and subscription lifecycle
  • Meeting campaign deadlines and exceeding customer marketing targets

About you

You will have proven success and experience in an insight driven CRM role, for a minimum of two years, as well as;

  • Having a good understanding and knowledge of the professional sports industry would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle
  • You will be an expert with HTML and CSS
  • Experience with a subscription based model would be advantageous
