We are currently looking to recruit a Senior IT Support Analystto assist in the support and development of the ICT infrastructure via delivery of various projects. The post holder is required to have an in-depth specialist knowledge of the following ICT Systems, some of which are completely bespoke to the NHS and experience with these would be beneficial, combined with practical experience of the following:-

  • Responsibility for ensuring all ICT workload is logged and resolved within the ICT helpdesk system by the ICT Team, in line with current Service Level Agreements or agreed timescales
  • Management of and responsibility for the operational running of the organisations infrastructure
  • Ongoing work to enhance technologies used within the organisations infrastructure
  • Inclusion and ongoing support of the growing user community
  • Facilitation of the ICT Support and infrastructure monitoring process
  • MS DOS, XP, Windows 7, Windows 2003, 2008 & 2012 Server, Windows SQL Server, Windows Terminal Services, Windows Intranet Information Server.
