An exciting opportunity has arisen with a care provider who has a great reputation nationally. They are seeking a Registered Manager for a Residential Care Home in Newcastle. The home provides residential and nursing care to adults who have acquired brain injuries, mental health needs, and neurological conditions, with the overall aim being to get them back into the community.
The company itself have recently acquired a few new services. Across the country they have services which cover residential, nursing and supported living services that provide quality care for people with a range of needs such as learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health and physical disabilities.
They are looking ideally for someone who has a clinical qualification of some kind (nursing/social work/therapy) who has up to date, best practice knowledge of neuro/rehab services and who has exceptional knowledge of CQC. They are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has passion, commitment and excellent leadership skills to support the Home Manager.

  • Salary: £35,000 -£40,000
  • RGN qualified, Social work qualifications or OT/Physiotherapist qualifications would be looked upon favourably.


  • To generate more therapeutic interactions with people, general engagement with staff, creating a more person centred culture etc
  • Working in partnership with existing Registered Manager to deliver high quality outcomes and full CQC compliance (currently have a Requires Improvement rating)
