Role: Divisional HR Business Partner (Facilities Management)

Location: Flexible Location (Worcester- Bristol area) –Based from home covering 6 regions circa 180 stores

Salary: £40,000, company car or £5,700 p.a car allowance, pension, BUPA medical, Bonus scheme 10% of salary.

My Facilities Management client is looking to recruit an operational HR professional for an established nationally based FM Service Management business enjoying sustained growth with a portfolio of established multi-site retail locations.

This position reports into the Head of HR and partners a divisional team covering the West of the country.

The role will be to work as part of a divisional team to deliver the national people strategy and initiatives and drive a local agenda to support divisional needs delivering people solutions through the line.

This will require you to support the team in the delivery of people initiatives, training and development and also to help the team develop and drive a culture of colleague engagement across the region.

You are likely to have up to three years in an Area/Regional/Business partner role with experience from Retail, Hospitality and Leisure, Engineering/Logistics or Facilities Management, in multi-site operations.

You will have the confidence to deliver solutions allied to service delivery to get the best out of people, where delivering results is high on the agenda.
