We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor role based in Coventry CV3 .

Our client is a well established Estate Agency in the local area which is held in high regard by the local community.

They are looking for a full time Sales Progressor, working Mon-Fri, not on a Saturday. Working with circa 110-130 sold subject to contract properties, liaising with sellers, buyers and solicitors.

Key Responsibilities

* Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents
* Updating systems and maintaining databases. Entering or checking the accuracy of data pertaining to properties, vendors and purchasers on the computer, on a timely basis.
* Present a positive, professional image of the company throughout all dealings with all parties.
* Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange.
* Adhering to company policy with all outgoing calls and emails, my client requires a self-motivated team player with good administration experience and communication skills.
* Update website, mail merges, offer letters

The Successful candidate will need to be

* Able to work alone but also function as part of a team.
* Will need to be highly organised and will be able to manage a busy diary
* Will need to be accurate and have high attention to detail
* Computer literate
* Professional & excellent phone skills
