Vehicle Sales Administrator required for my client a State of the Art Motor Trade Car Dealership in Hertfordshire. You must be an experienced Motor Trade Vehicle Sales Administrator to be considered for this position and have working knowledge of Kerridge and AFRL for taxation and registration of vehicles. Our client is looking for an experienced Motor Trade Sales Administrator who is enthusiastic and energetic with the ability to juggle various tasks at once in a fast paced Sales Administration Department. You must have experience as a Vehicle Sales Administration experience working within a main franchised dealership.

As an experienced Motor Trade Vehicle Sales Administrator your main responsibilities will include providing a vital link between the customer and the sales team, keeping accurate records of all orders, organise vehicle deliveries, and assist customers with order update information & processing customer orders. It is also vital that you possess strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are also essential qualities needed for this position.

Motor Trade Vehicle Sales Administrator your duties will include:

- Provide quotations for vehicles, taking into account the agreed customer terms
- Process new orders
- Organise the Pre-Delivery Inspection on each Vehicle prior to delivery according to individual customer needs and following our PDI Process
- To provide full support to the sales team
- Allocate registration numbers to vehicles that have arrived in the UK and create the Registration certificate
- Book delivery via our internal systems of new vehicles to customers work and home address’s
- To provide support to the Customer Support Team in order to gain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare general correspondence and reports as requested
- Organise demonstrators for clients wishing to test drive our vehicles adhering to our demo procedure
- Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed correctly
- Organising Pre-delivery inspections, number plates and additional workshop fittings
- Raising vehicle files and coordinating the movement of vehicles
- Preparing and producing trade invoices
- Liaising with DVLA regarding tax discs and vehicle registration
- Maintain new and used stock efficiently.
- To complete vehicle mileage checks
- Securing new vehicle for from dealer transfer
- Ensuring all deadlines set by the manufacturer are adhered to.

It is essential you are currently working as either a Corporate or Sales administrator in a franchise dealer. You must possess a real drive and professional approach, a confident telephone manner and be constantly using your initiative.
