About the Role;
To help us drive & accelerate growth within the Technology sector, we are hiring a New Business Development Manager. This is a great opportunity to fast track career within a great, fast paced industry sector!

As part of our initial onboarding & induction programme, you will go into the sales team where you'll be involved in a range of duties, such as lead sourcing across multiple online channels and developing your sourced accounts. You will be formally trained and you will have the opportunity to learn from various successful individuals. You will split your time between outbound new business sales and account development.

For an ambitious and talented new starter, you will be promoted based on you achieving targets and KPI's. Your primary objective at this stage will be to generate new business through your sourced accounts and outbound sales calls to consistently achieve your sales targets, being paid 20% commission on everything you sell!

We will provide you with the tools, training and support to help you become successful but you will need to be:

- Hard working & prepared to constantly go the extra mile to ensure targets are hit & exceed;
- Determined & confident with a self-starter attitude;
- Ambitious with lots of energy;
- Organised and willing to take ownership;
- Strong verbal & written communication skills;
- Outgoing personality;
- IT literate;
