We're looking for an experienced care professional such as a Care coordinator, Field Care Supervisor or Senior Carer to take up a position manging a team within a domiciliary care service. You'll be responsible for a group of clients and staff, ensuring that care assessments, reviews, care plan, supervisions etc. are completed. You'll be community based so you will need to be a driver with your own vehicle. In return is a competitive salary of £16,000 - £20,000 dependent on experience, plus on-call payments. You'll be working for a friendly, dedicated and professional domiciliary care company who provide high-quality care services to vulnerable adults.

The Care Team Supervisor Role

The key focus of the role is to ensure that a high level of care is provided to all service users and their families. You'll have a specific group of clients for which you'll manage the care for, ensuring that they get really personalised customer service, and you'll manage and support the carers for those clients.

This will include;

* Meeting with new clients to complete care and risk assessments
* Support visits and introductions to new clients with care workers.
* Quality assurance checks with clients
* Supporting care workers in their role
* Supervisions with Care Workers
* Activity log audits
* Medication Audits
* Monitoring new care workers.
* There will be an element of care delivery, if there are staff shortages/ sickness etc.
* Be part of the on-call rota (paid additionally)

The Person

* You'll need to have worked in Care before, preferably domiciliary Care.
* Supervisory experience such as Care Supervisor, Field Care Supervisor or Care Coordinator is desirable, but we will consider confident candidates who are looking for a step up from Senior Carer.
* It's ESSENTIAL that you have in date Moving and Handling and Medication Training in place.
* You'll be happy and willing to deliver care still
* You'll need QCF level 3 or NVQ level 3 in health and social care or be working towards
* You'll need to demonstrate excellent people management skill, strong communication skills and be computer literate
* You'll be a driver and have your own vehicle
