We're searching for a Junior Developer to assist in developing and implementing world-class travel technology solutions for this Amersham-based travel management company, including the designing, testing and documentation of in-house IT processes and procedures.

Key responsibilities of this Junior Developer role include:

* Development of software systems including business process, online services and client-
facing tech, plus reporting tool management
* Coding and system process management using the likes of Visual Studio, XML, SOAP, C#,
HTML,
Java Script, Mobile Technologies, SQL Server, SQL Management Studio, IIS, Entity Framework
/Fluent NHibernate, ASP.NET MVC amongst others
* Analysis, quality control/management, building and testing
* Evaluation and management of 3rd party systems
* Data transfer
* General IT support

Applicants for this Junior Developer job in Amersham should have the following skills and experience:

* Qualification in Computer Science or Software Development (preferable)
* Science and Maths A level grades
* Good knowledge of computer coding, problem solving and projects
* Knowledge of databases and network management
* Researching and evaluation
* MS Office/Windows user, in particular Access and Excel
* An excellent, clear communicator
* Ability to translate technical jargon for the lay person
* Someone who can multitask, can work on their own, and are able meet deadlines
* Knowledge of GDS and Travel Technology (desirable)
