MUST HAVE 5 YEARS PROPERTY EXPERIENCE

My client based in Leeds seeks an experienced Branch Manager to join their expanding Lettings Company.

Strong leadership skills, including effective time management, prioritising and delegation, are required. You must be able to lead, coach, inspire, support and motivate your team, and always seeking to improve best practice.

Responsibilities

*Monitoring & analysing the current system to check its effective, & working out a strategy for improving if necessary.
*Dealing with new enquiries interested in renting property as well as enquiries from any cur-rent tenants or the landlords including maintenance issues
*Dealing with correspondence received, producing standard letters, Welcome Letters/packs & issuing notices to tenants
*Training & supervising new employees plus tracking & measuring staff performance.
*You will need to be proficient in business planning software, in order to allow you to build financial projections, charts & reports in a short period of time.

Other duties and responsibilities include

*Planning & controlling change
*Managing quality assurance programmes.
*Researching new technologies & alternative methods of efficiency
*Setting & reviewing budgets & managing cost
*Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.

Additional Skills

*The aptitude to work efficiently, enthusiastically in a proactive forward thinking manner, using organisational, managing, and prioritising skills is essential.
*Liaise with mortgage lenders, clients, developers, & other letting/management agents
*You should be able to work well under pressure using your own initiative, on your own as well as part of a team.
*Have knowledge and practical experience of lettings & property management
*The ability to manage properties against budgets & be involved in renovation & refurbishment, including an interior design sensibility.
