Head of Pre Sales, Pre Sales Manager, Network Services, Cisco

Head of Solutions Architecture, Solutions Manager, Network Security, Datacentre, Wireless, LAN, WAN 

- Excellent opportunity for a Head of Pre Sales from a Network/Infrastructure/UC/Datacentre background
- You will head up the Pre Sales function at a leading Tech SME who are Cisco Gold Partners
- You will manage Pre Sales Consultants across - Network Security, UC, Wireless, R and S, DC, Cloud
- The role has a lucrative OTE and offers some flexible working. 


- The role will be responsible for management and development of a customer facing team operating across all tiers, ensuring they are appropriately skilled and engaged to support the delivery of Sales targets.
- Ownership of post sales signoff and interlock to ensure delivery of solutions are as per the designs created by the team.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with the wider business to ensure delivering solutions in line with wider strategies.
- Ensuring continuous process improvements, ensure appropriate tools are developed to continuously streamline processes.
- Support collaboration between Sales, Services, Transition and the wider team to ensure it is operating as efficiently as possible.
- Ensure the team are leading on vendor/partner selection and strategy for any solution.

Location wise there is flexibility although it is not a home-based contract. Somebody from London/South East, Hertfordshire, M4 Corridor, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Essex would be the ideal but happy to see relevant CVs from further afield. 

The OTE is dependent on team performance and you will be responsible for your own destiny in this regard. It’s a lucrative structure and one of the best in the market.
