Media Manager - The Role

£40,000-£43,000

Our client is looking for a mid-level media practitioner with 2 - 3 years' industry experience, ideally from an agency or programmatic background.



For this role, it is absolutely crucial to be smart and passionate about digital, inquisitive by nature, excited about the possibilities ahead and comfortable with new technology. Extra points if you are self-driven and able to work well as part of a team!



The company is fast-growing, dynamic, and change is always around the corner. So the candidate will have to be comfortable with change, be proactive, positive and collaborative. Furthermore, the chosen candidate will be responsible every day for the planning and delivery of innovative and effective media campaigns, whilst working collaboratively with other internal and external teams.



Key Responsibilities



* Working with the Media Planner and Media Account Director to devise intelligently planned, innovative paid media recommendations for key agency clients across different budgets
* Ensure the work is delivered to the highest quality and on time, by cooperating with the client service team.
* Managing, mentoring and developing the Media Planner
* Collaborate and work closely with all other specialist teams to deliver proactive client management outside the briefs.
* Establish mutually rewarding relationships with the clients and always deliver first-class media output.
* Hands-on media planning and buying across devices, and understanding the relationships across different channels.
* Compiling of campaign reviews, recommendations, and ideas for future clients.
* Day to day running of programmatic and social API planning and buying across all connected devices.
* Be on top of the latest industry developments and technology in the market and know each supplier's offerings better than anyone else!
* Build an understanding of the other disciplines within the agency (PPC, SEO, Data and Analytics) to enhance your knowledge of media planning and buying.
