Purchase Ledger Administrator
Yeovil, Somerset
Monday to Friday (one-hour lunch break) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Salary: Up to £18,000 per annum

The role will include the following;

*Receive and record invoices from suppliers
*Processing invoices and managing payment runs with key suppliers, ensuring all payment are auctioned appropriately
*Dealing with multi-currency invoicing
*Owning overhead invoice reconciliation, coding and payments process
*Make sure invoices are approved in time to meet established payment cycle
*Work in accordance with the payment process outlined by the Finance Manager
*Dealing with and resolving complex payment queries
*Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager

Accounts Payable Administrator Skills and Qualifications needed;

*Experience in accounts payable
*Accuracy and attention to detail
*Understanding of basic bookkeeping
*Knowledge of accounts payable principles
*Ability to comprehend and manage financial records
*Data entry skills
*Talent for numerical coding
*Enough understanding of accounting concepts to properly code expenses
*Organisational skills
*Communication skills with internal and external customers
*Proficiency with accounting software
