Our client, a New Homes and Land company is offering a Business Development Professional a fantastic opportunity to work with them as they drive the business forward and continue to grow. Our client is innovate, forward thinking and modern and offers an excellent working environment and culture for the right candidate.

You must come from a property background, and have a working knoweledge of the land/ real estate sales industry. You must be able to build and grow relationships, and be a confident speaker, with the ability to pitch to potential clients in a professional manner.

1. Primary Responsibilities:

* Identifying potential new member estate agents
* Developing and maintaining relationships with member prospects
* Pitching to and recruitment of new members
* Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing members
2. Job Challenges:

* Researching estate agents and markets to identify potential new members
* Contacting potential members via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
* Preparing sales presentations to best align our services to a business
* Pitching Land & New Homes Network concept to potential members either via face to face meeting or on-line screen share * Providing quotes and proposals
* Ensuring prospects are kept regularly informed of company services and events
* Organise onboarding days for new members and advise of the support that you/the business will be providing
* Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
* Attend weekly review meetings to deliver overview of current activity and business pipeline
* Responsible for achieving business KPI's
* Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system (Infusionsoft) to allow for accurate prospecting
* Oversee the content and design of prospecting documentation
