My client based in Leamington Spa are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team for a 3 month FTC to coordinate all aspect of international mobility of employees across Europe, Asia and North America.

Global Mobility experience is essential for this position and you will be reporting to the line manager and building relationships UK based and international divisions.

HR Advisor skills:
• Member of CIPD
• 3-5 years’ experience in an International Assignments role in a complex global organisation
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Problem solving
• Process management
• Time management & and able to prioritise

HR Advisor duties:
• Maintain/establish group wide policies
• Advise on policy and best practice with regards to global mobility issues
• Determine appropriate terms and conditions of assignments
• Plan international assignments to ensure legal and tax compliance are met
• Identify tax risks and work to eliminate these, and also capitalize on tax planning opportunities
• Ensure correct payroll processes for expatriates through internal payroll teams and external payroll providers are complete
• Produce mobility metrics
• Source and engage external service providers such as relocation agents, removals companies, cultural and language trainers
• Establish good working relationships with all HR colleagues in moving client persons internationally.
