We are recruiting an Account Coordinator to support our North region recruitment activities, based between our Crewe branch and nearby client site locations.

Reporting in to the Senior Account Manager, your duties will include;

- Advertising vacancies

- Interviewing candidates

- Delivering training

- Allocating work / jobs

- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates

- Resolving issues and problem solving

- Completing administration tasks

- Driving performance improvements

- Compiling reports

- Ensuring compliance with legal and industry frameworks

Time management and effective communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to multi-task.

The working hours are generally Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:30 / 08:30 - 17:30 however flexibility is required around these times as per the requirements of our clients.

You will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on-call service on a rota basis. As you will be travelling between client sites and the local branch, your own transport is required for this role.

The ability to converse in Polish is an advantage for this role as is previous experience in the recruitment industry or experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.

The pay rate is negotiable depending upon experience.
