Regional Sales Manager preferably coming from the Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction or Glazing / Glass Industry with excellent new business development and account management skills is required to cover the London territory for a well-established Company.


SALARY: up to £40,000 Basic Salary, £75,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

LOCATION: This is a home-based role. However, your territory will be the London Area covering the WC, EC3-4 and SE postcodes.

You will work approximately 2 days per week from home and spend 3 days per week visiting clients, site projects etc. within the London area.

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday


KEY SKILLS: Candidates should have a consultative approach to business development and have excellent skills as an Account Manager. You should ideally come from an Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction or Glazing / Glass Industry.

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager preferably coming from the Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction or Glazing / Glass Industry.

Working as the Regional Sales Manager you will sell very high specification, luxury products that are custom made to order to Architectural Practices, Builders, National Contractors and Property Developers.

As the Regional Sales Manager you will create new business development opportunities with key Architects, Consultants, Builders, Contractors and Property Developers, ensuring you fully understand their upcoming pipeline of projects by becoming their consultant of choice.

DUTIES:

Your duties and responsibilities as the Regional Sales Manager:

• Create new business development opportunities within your territory by identifying key Architects, Builders, Contractors and Property Developers

• Identify large projects / building developments within your territory

• Visit key clients

• Undertake pre-order meetings when required

• Account Manager your key clients, developing strong, professional relationships

• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge (full product training provided)


IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• A consultative approach to business development

• You should ideally come from an Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction or Glazing / Glass Industry with the ability to sell and create business development opportunities within your territory

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• IT Literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• An interest in the construction / engineering / property industry
