Service Desk Technician - Permanent

IT Support Engineer required to join a leading law firm within their Wimbledon office. This is a great chance for an outgoing and dynamic individual, who is looking for the chance to learn new technologies within a busy helpdesk environment.

You will be providing operational support for internal users across hardware, software and niche business applications. You will communicate effectively with key business departments to ensure the smooth operation of their IT Systems. You will monitor sever, network, applications and be responsible for troubleshooting issues when they first arise.

Candidate interested in applying should have experience in most of the following:

** Experience of working in a VMware environment

** Active Directory Group Policy

** Microsoft Exchange

** Active Directory and Associates Services

** Basic Networking knowledge DNS/DHCP/ TCP/IP

** Legal application knowledge


**ITIL Foundation.

**MCSA: Windows 10: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate on Windows 10.

**CompTIA A++
