Exciting opportunities to join one of the largest and most well-known alternative clothing suppliers in the UK today.

The company has gone from strength-to-strength and now boasts a wide range of official band merchandise, festival accessories, alternative clothing and footwear across thirteen high street stores in the UK.

Coupled with this, their internet presence has seen strong growth year-on-year and now boasts over a million visits every month alone.

Due to exceptionally strong and sustained growth, they are looking to fill the role of Spanish Speaking Support Administrator

Successful applicants will work within their IT Department and the sole focus of this role will be to work alongside their eCommerce Team, helping to migrate and translate their website for their Spanish marketplaces.

Their IT Department (and the role) is based in Liskeard (Cornwall), however a large number of their staff live in Plymouth (Devon) and so there is opportunity to carpool from Plymouth to Liskeard daily should this be required.

All applicants must be fluent in Spanish and be able to work with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

The successful applicant will:

- Be responsible for translating all product descriptions, titles from English into Spanish
- Be in control of migrating products from their UK website to the ebay.es and Amazon.es selling platforms (training will be provided)
- Be creating, populating and maintaining product spreadsheets (using Microsoft Excel), ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Translate their size guide from the UK to Spanish/EU Sizing Conventions
- Handle and deal with Spanish Customer Support (Emails and Telephone Calls)
- Consult with Amazon's support teams to resolve problems and queries
- Monitor each of their accounts key performance metrics to ensure that every customer has a perfect and uninterrupted shopping experience

Ideally you will:

- Be an effective communicator with both internal and external partners
- Have a strong eye for detail and ability to execute effectively in an autonomous manner
- Have excellent motivation, communication and IT/numeracy skills
- Be prepared to regularly report on progress with members of the management team, be held accountable for all aspects of their work and be punctual, reliable and courteous.

All other training will be provided.
