Salary: up to £30K, DOE

The role:

You will have overall responsibility for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies for both national and international clients, acting as both a consultant and a project manager for our clients and their digital marketing activity.
Paid search marketing will encompass all biddable media, including Pay per click done through search engines such as Google & Bing, Media Buying; Social Media paid advertising, as well as many other areas that all play a part in a successful online strategy.
Dealing directly with key stake holders both internally and externally you will be required to show an excellent level of knowledge in our industry as well as a high level of prioritising, organisation, communication and business acumen.
While you will have the support network of senior management and your colleagues, you will have overall responsibility for your own portfolio of clients and will be required to provide - in depth analysis, creative ideas and problem solving, implementation of strategy. You will also be required to delegate and communicate actions with your support staff in order to deliver performance for the company and its clients.

The successful candidate:

You will come from a pay per click background with a high level of competency in AdWords management with the accompanying Google Certification.
Ideally from an agency background (not essential, as we will consider client side) you will be able to demonstrate competency in not only pay per click, but be able to demonstrate a basic working knowledge of Google Analytics as well as other digital marketing channels.

You must:

• Display relevant PPC qualifications and/or experience.
• Have commercial experience in a paid search role.
• Be professional and articulate.
• Be comfortable communicating to all levels of society and roles.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent English reading and writing skills.
• Have strong organisational skills.
• Be a confident decision maker.
• Be highly analytical.
• Be competent with Mircosoft office packages such as word and excel.
• Understand basic customer service expectations and those skills.

Advantageous to have (but not essential):

• Leadership or project management experience.
• Coding & Performance Tracking knowledge.
• Advanced Google Analytics knowledge
• Good knowledge of another digital marketing medium such as the following examples - SEO, CRO or Social Media Marketing.
• Knowledge of using third party digital marketing software such as Marin, Aquisio etc...
• Client Relationship Management skills
