The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be implement your existing skills and experience to sell a Customer Loyalty Reward Platform, to the Retail and eCommerce industries globally. The role is a hybrid of new business and account management. You will also be demonstrating the Solution to your clients. You will need to have a consultative approach with your clients; building a proficient rapport for future business. You will be performing against a set target to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have experience in selling Customer Loyalty Rewards Platform, however other Marketing Technology may be considered. You must be a consultative seller, with the ability to hunt for new business and maintain a relationship with each client. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets. You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to exceed all set KPI's.

The Package:
The offered package for a Business Development Manager is a basic salary of £60,000 - £80,000, depending on your experience, with an uncapped OTE of £100,000 in your first year. Other benefits include a company car, travel expenses, company phone + laptop, pension + other benefits.
