TeleSales - German Market - Business Development Pharmaceutical

I am currently working with a international pharmaceutical company who is looking for a motivated individual to join their sales team to develop the German market. This position is great for a native/fluent German speaking professional who is looking to get into sales and join a company that is growing on a global scale. With offices in the UK, Germany, Africa and Middle East, my client is offering their employees the chance to develop and grow in the pharmaceutical world with no previous experience needed. You will be working very closely with the Managing Director who has built the company from scratch and is always looking to pass on his own background to eager and motivated individuals.

You will be responsible for improving and discovering new business opportunities for the organisation, whilst also increasing new openings and developing relationships with new customers and clients. This position is right for a driven, opportunity seeking individual who wants to use their sales & Business Development background to develop new concepts and have a real impact to the business.

You will be responsible for:

* Improving and discover new business opportunities for the organisation
* Increasing new openings and developing relationships with new customers
* In charge of all orders and processing them accordingly
* Achieve and monitor personal performance by implementing the necessary steps in order to reach your targets

Candidate must have:

* TeleSales experience
* Fluent in German (must)
