To deliver high quality customer focused administrative support to our network of branches.

To understand the resourcing needs of the company, on a permanent and temporary basis, and support branches with cover requirements.

To plan and produce rotas and support branches, as part of the HR team, by organising relief or locum resource to cover planned and unplanned absences.

To manage the full recruitment cycle for the company and participate in the recruitment process from beginning to end.

To be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating CV's, scheduling and conducting interviews and processing recruitment paperwork.

The post holder will:

* Work closely with recruiting Managers to ensure that they adequately understand the requirements and expectations of new vacancies and assess applicants in regards to whether or not they would be able to perform well in the position.

* Source and engage with candidates via a variety of outlets, such as job boards and social media, and develop relationships with prospective talent.

* Screen, Interview and Assess Candidates

* To work with the Human Resources Administrator and Area Managers to coordinate the attendance of staff on the Academy Courses and prepare the relevant course information for the trainers.


* Review cover requirements across the network of branches
* Assist with rotas and filling cover needs
* Maintain regular contact with agencies, locums and branches
* Approve locum invoices in a timely manner
* Maintain an updated list of locum contacts
* Create a log of lost and unfilled clinics and report this on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Support the planning and implementation of members of the Relief/Mobile team for planned and ad hoc cover
* Help maintain the Company holiday calendar and manual records
* Ordering of staff uniform and badges
* Support to Head Office Departments and Company Directors
* Help with the planning and organisation of meetings and conferences
* Ensure that the Academy and HR pages of the intranet are updated with appropriate information and news


* First point of contact for prospective candidates
* Consult with managers to establish permanent and temporary recruitment needs
* Post job descriptions/adverts on a variety of outlets including company and industry websites
* Source candidates by using databases and social media
* Management of a company LinkedIn Recruiter account
* Liaising with recruitment agencies
* Evaluate and screen CV's submitted
* Conduct initial phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews, where appropriate and schedule interviews with relevant managers
* Provide a shortlist of suitable candidates to recruiting managers
* Help managers with recruitment methods and interview questions
* Contact new employees and prepare on boarding arrangements
* Maintain a complete record of interviews and new starters
* Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
* Attend job fairs and careers events


* Review cover requirements across the network of branches
* Ensure that all visitors and callers are handled in an appropriate, professional manner
* Delivery of ad hoc and planned projects in line with business priorities
* Maintain high standards at all times of personal appearance, timekeeping, attendance and respect of company property
* Operate in line with company policies, procedures, best practice and current legislation at all times


* Proven work experience in administration and a recruitment role
* Confident as a head-hunter
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills
