We are working with the global leaders in Asbestos Equipment, who are on the hunt for a high-achieving Business Development Manager to join their already successful team.

*Salary: £30,000- £40,000 base with an uncapped OTE £55,000 + company car, travel expenses, company phone + laptop, pension + other benefits.

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager will involve implementing your existing skills and experience to target the Asbestos and Construction industries, selling Asbestos Equipment. The role will be a hybrid of new business development and existing account management. You will be performing against set targets to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have extensive experience in the Asbestos industry. The preferred product, would be detection equipment, however we will also look at other areas, such as consultancy. You will need to be strong in hunting for new business, as well as have a proven track record of growing an existing client base. You will have a proven track record of exceeding targets and KPI's. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve success. You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence and have the persistence to exceed all KPI's.

The Package:
The basic salary on offer for the Business Development Manager ranges between £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience with a rewarding, uncapped OTE of £55,000 in your first year! Other benefits include a company car, travel expenses, company phone + laptop, pension + other benefits.
