Telesales / Telemarketing Executive: Are you an enthusiastic ambitious Telesales / Telemarketing Executive? Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to exceed goals? Keen to develop your B2B Sales career?

An experienced Telesales / Telemarketing Executive is required to join the successful sales team at Europe's largest independent stockist of plastic storage boxes, plastic trays, totes, pallets, and other plastic products, as it continues to grow.

As a Telesales / Telemarketing Executive you will make outbound calls to companies and new customers for a variety of products and services, developing new business opportunities. The ideal Telesales / Telemarketing Executive will have a background in lead generation, telesales, outbound calls or internal sales.

Experienced in delivering an effective Telesales / Telemarketing office function, the Telesales / Telemarketing Executive will be able to utilise a combination of telephone, email and social media techniques to secure new clients and assist existing ones.


Responsibilities:
*Champion the Telesales/Telemarketing function utilising SalesForce / CloudCall and Sage 50
*Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services using a semi-scripted sales pitch
*Responsible for increasing revenues by building relationships with a client base to ensure client renewals
*Go the 'extra mile' to meet the targeted daily / weekly sales quota and facilitate future sales
*Ensure the delivery of set performance targets measured against specific KPI's
*Deliver results on special product promotions / campaigns on key products to increase market share
*Maximise revenues and generate incremental revenues on orders received, through cross selling and new products
*Work with the external Sales Team to maximise opportunities and ensure effective account management of our Sales
*Play an active role in the Marketing activity in the business to increase the profile of the business and generate new business
*Review our Website and Lead Generation activity to ensure we are optimising our opportunities
*To support key selling activity around slow-moving stock to ensure we operate with min/ max levels in the warehouse


Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience as a Telesales / Telemarketing Representative or other related sales role
*A highly proactive, motivated self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude
*Proven demonstrable track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone
*Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and other telephone systems
*Customer focused, commercially astute and target-driven to exceed expectations
*Able to learn about products and services, and describe / explain them to potential prospects
*Able to identify decision makers, whether a budget is available and potential spend
*Able to search and generate own leads
*Cool temperament and able to handle rejection
*Entrepreneurial approach to new account development opportunities
