The Role:
In your role as Business Development Manager you will be primarily ensuring all key accounts are maintained and developing, ensuring all opportunity to up sell and cross sell is taken. You will also be prospecting new business, building upon your portfolio to ensure repeat business. You will be selling market leading Point of Sale display solutions that are essential to retailers and several other industries across the country. You must be able to confidently pitch the solutions to a wide range of decision maker, both over the phone and face to face.

The Candidate:
To be successful in your role as Business Development Manager you will have proven success in selling a fast-paced sales environment, with experience of selling Point of Sale Displays essential. Experience of targeting the retail is advantageous. You will be proven in developing and securing key relationships with large key accounts and have successful relationships with the key decision makers within these organisations. Proactive in nature, you will have the grit and determination to always strive to achieve and excel all set targets. You will be of degree calibre with strong analytical skills.

The Package:
This lucrative basic salary will be in the range of £30,000 - £35,000, negotiable depending on experience. The commission structure brings your OTE upwards of £50,000, with the room to earn more for a successful candidate.
