*Salary: £28,000- £34,000 base with an uncapped OTE of £50,000 + company car, company phone and laptop, pension, healthcare and progression paths

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be implementing your existing skills and experience to sell Vending Machines to businesses in the South East. Your role will be a hybrid of new business development and existing account management. You will consistently be performing against set KPI's and targets, to make the most out of the uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
The company are looking for a Business Development Manager, with a background in Vending Machine sales. Ideally you will have industry contacts to bring over with you and be able to hit the ground running from the start. You will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets. You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence in front of clients and be customer orientated. You will need to be a hunter for generating new business, as well as knowing how to manage existing accounts.

The Package:
For this role as a Business Development Manager the base salary on offer is £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience with a rewarding uncapped OTE OF £50,000.
