We urgently need experienced Health Care Assistants to work in Leeds and the surrounding areas. Currently we are looking for Health Care Assistants to provide domiciliary care to a variety of clients, including end of life care, complex care and clients with long term needs.

Duties of the Job

* Prompting and assisting with medication
* Assist with activities of daily living, domestic duties and daily living
* Ensure health, safety and welfare of clients
* Record Keeping - maintaining up to date reports such as care plans
* Maintain regular communication with branch manager
* Respect the individuality and confidentiality of each client
* To communicate effectively
* To work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team



Job Specific Requirements

* A caring disposition

* Experience of working in elderly care
* Good standard of spoken and written English
* Minimum 6 months experience
