Very cool agency based in Central London are looking for Social Media buff to join their client services team. You will be working across a huge UK retailer running all of their content creation and strategy for their digital platforms.

About you:

* You've got a bit of experience under your belt and are looking to make an impact. You know about marketing, with a strong understanding of the basics and an appreciation of the future of digital brand communications. Even better, you're a social media buff who knows your Instagram Stories from your Snapchat Geofilters.
* Ideally, you have spent 1-2 years in an agency setting. Crucially, your experience means that you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and understand how to develop strong professional relationships.
* You're super organised. You can juggle multiple projects and prioritise deadlines (in fact, you enjoy the challenge)
* You have a natural positive attitude. You're proactive and open minded, always happy to suggest a solution or a new direction and constantly looking to learn and improve
* You're a great communicator. You are a confident writer and presenter: you can persuade, soothe, negotiate with tact, stand your ground and, most importantly, listen
* You're able to manage your work independently, but also work well within a vibrant and creative team
* You're a confident user of Microsoft Office, in particular Word and PowerPoint, and are able to create engaging and attractive documents on a regular basis
* You have a university degree or equivalent experience

What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Account Director, you can expect an interesting varied role where no two days are the same. You'll relish the opportunity to work on projects and campaigns for an amazing roster of clients across a variety of industries. Key responsibilities include:
* Helping us to develop kick-ass ideas for client campaigns: briefing in and working with members of the wider team to develop an idea, strategy or campaign tactic; presenting and selling that idea to the client
* Building great relationships with our clients - listening and understanding their needs and expectations, and often exceeding them
* Providing invaluable support for your team including managing meetings, producing status reports, campaign research and project planning
* Taking responsibility for certain campaign streams and projects, managing time and budgets to deliver brilliant work
* Overseeing and owning the overall quality of the projects that you manage, always ensuring that work is delivered to a high standard and with attention to detail
* Working with our insights team to monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying key learnings and optimisations for future work
* Staying ahead of social platforms and industry trends, both in digital marketing and those relevant to your clients, remaining constantly curious and always on the look out for the next innovation

Salary - £25-27k
