This company have been the authorised supplier of courtesy vehicles to the Retail Motor Industry (RMi) for over 25 years. They supply lease cars to hundreds of bodyshops and accident repair centres throughout the UK so that they can provide their customers with courtesy cars while their own vehicle is being repaired.

Due to continued growth, they are recruiting a Sales Support Administrator to join their courtesy car department at their offices in Bilsborrow near Preston. This is a great opportunity to join a great team within a well-respected, successful leasing company.

This role is a fast-paced sales administration position which requires a high attention to detail and a lot of multitasking. You'll need to share their passion for providing high levels of customer service to stand out from competition. They will also support you with ongoing training.

Due to their success they have recently moved into brand new, state of the art offices that have hi-tech work stations, meeting rooms, relaxation area and canteen. The well-being and welfare of their team is the most important factor in their business. Duties will include:

- Processing customer's financial applications to their funders, ensuring all data is accurate
- Raising and submitting lease agreements and other financial documentation in accordance with the Data Protection Act and FCA.
- Management of your own files from start to finish with a key focus on detail and accuracy of data input
- Invoicing and the creation of document folders so that they can efficiently manage orders, deliveries and record customer information
- Liaising with car manufacturers and suppliers to ensure that their vehicle orders are processed correctly so that you can arrange smooth and prompt deliveries to their bodyshop customers
- Ensuring that all documentation and information collected and recorded is accurate and managed in-line with their sales and compliancy processes
- Working closely with the courtesy car sales team to ensure that they all go the extra mile for their customers so that they continue to stand out from their competitors.

Is this position for you?

- Do you have a minimum of two years experience in a fast-paced office environment?
- Are you passionate about customer service?
- Do you have experience in taking responsibility of your own workload?
- Do you have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook?

The normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.00pm (Business Hours). This is a full-time, permanent position. The salary is £20,000 pa plus pension and private health insurance.
