A fantastic opportunity to join a well- known and dynamic organisation in the entertainment sector. The main purpose of this key role is to support the corporate sales team to achieve their targets by effectively coordinating the sales administration. Working with the Events, Sales & Marketing and Business Development teams you will assist in the sales process by updating and maintaining the CRM system and managing high volumes of work accurately.
Responsibilities: -
• Assist in the implementation and delivery of the sales plan that will shape and drive all sales administration to ensure continued year on year growth.
• Assist the Event Manager in delivering excellent customer service by supporting the Event Co-ordinators and gaining feedback from clients.
• Handle all sales correspondence and organise contracts between the event team and their clients.
• Draw up contracts and ensure regular client and team follow up on outstanding bookings to secure revenue.
• Confirm 3rd party orders for catering, equipment and alternative venues ensuring margin is applied in all cases as well as requesting and providing PO numbers with each order
• Raise Sales Invoice Requests
• Through up selling work with the Event Co-ordinators and Business Development Manager to exceed sales revenue.
• Work with the Business Development Manager to support the growth of Bulk Ticket revenues
• Monthly client reporting
• Provide weekly sales forecast reports and budget tracking reports
• Ensure the delivery of the sales plan by effective co-ordination and support of key sales campaigns and projects.
• Become a sales CRM database champion / administrator to support the Event Manager as well as the Corporate Sales Team to ensure the database is being used to its fullest capacity.
• Input and update all outbound and inbound sales activity, follow up calls and new business enquiries / opportunities and maintaining confirmed booking records at all times through the Sales CRM system accurately.
• Ensure an exemplary “after-sales” communication process is maintained with the clients at all times by completing customer care / feedback calls to existing clients to generate additional and repeat business.
• Monitoring and control of budgets and reviewing monthly marketing expenditure reports finance

The ideal candidate will have previous sales administration experience in a fast-paced environment, an excellent telephone manner along with strong numerical and analytical skills. You will be a collaborative team player with an emphasis on delivering the highest level of service – both internally and externally. You must also possess advanced Excel skills and CRM system management experience
