Well respected SME Geo-Environmental / Geotechnical Consultancy require an engineer to work under an experienced lead within their Northamptonshire office.

Once feet are under the table, you will be required to take projects from start to completion. This includes design, implement and supervise ground investigation, produce Geotechnical/Geo-Environmental interpretive reports, risk assessments whilst characterising ground conditions and competent Geotechnical design of foundation, basement, retaining walls, ground improvements, earthworks, and slope stability assessments using GEO5.

Currently you must be able to produce phase 1 desk top studies, manage site investigation activities (Inc Trial Pitting, Gas Monitoring etc.) and factual reports. Also, being experienced within remediation of contaminated land (Phase 3) or within foundation recommendation / design is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Degree in a relevant environmental science/engineering discipline and have a
* Minimum of 2 year's practical experience within a UK consultancy.
* You must have a working knowledge in current governing standards within the Ground investigation and Geotechnical supervision on site
