About the role of a Care Assistant - Elderly:
The clients you will be supporting can display challenging behaviour so you must be experienced in providing care and support to individuals with Mild to Severe Dementia, LD, Physical Disabilities in an Elderly Care Home. We are looking for reliable care assistants who are passionate about delivering quality care.

Typical duties will include supporting residents with day to day activities such as dressing, assisting with personal care, preparation of food, shopping, medication, accompanying to appointments and within the community, encouraging independence where possible and aiming to develop and build key life skills.

Please Note:
* You must be flexible and be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and nights
* You must hold a valid DBS or must be happy to apply for a new one if needed
* You should be comfortable providing personal care
