THE LOCATION HQ - HQ is in St Albans, although your work will be out on the field and from home.


This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work as 1st and 2nd line support which will eventually progress into 3rd line support. Working as an IT support engineer you will be handling calls from your client base working from home and within the field, on occasions meeting with your clients face to face, so having confidence is key.

This position will allow you to utilise all of your skills while building strong relationships with new, lapsed and existing customers Liaising and exceeding clients expectations while providing expert advice offering tailored solutions. All travel expenses are covered up front by the organisation.

Key Skills

* Able to build strong relationships with clients face to face

* Strong written and verbal communication

* Self motivated

* A passion for IT

* Previous IT within a support role would be of an advantage but not essential

* 2:1 or higher in computer science would be of an advantage

* Home broadband

* Good Ms Office skills

*Well spoken

*Be available immediately and commit to a long term contract where you can grow and develop.


Due to the nature of the work, the successful candidate could spend unexpected late evenings "on the job" we can't afford them to walk away from. You will need to be extremely flexible on this.
