Document Controller (4Projects) / Office Manager required for a new build construction project in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. Pay rates variable depending on experience; £10.00 to £15.00 per hour. 12 month contract with potential permanent employment.

Reporting into the Design Manager the Document Controller Office Manager will be required for the following duties:

Document Control:

* QA
* Printing, Scanning and filing drawings
* Comments management, including schedule of owners
* Daily and weekly report of drawings uploaded
* Weekly report of overdue drawings
* Invitations to 4Projects systems to new contractors


* BOOST Super User training - assisting other staff
* Deliveries receipting for site consumables / office supplies etc.
* Investigation into upheld invoices
* Hiring and off hiring plant or machinery


* Ordering of office supplies
* Ordering of PPE and guest PPE management
* Meeting room calendar management
* Meeting organisation including catering
* Office holiday tracker management
* General reception duties
* H&S notice board updates

Our client is a large building main contractor and undertakes a variety of multi-million pound projects in the UK.

The project is £80m new build research facility for the science area of Cambridge

Key Experience:

* Minimum 3 years experience of Document Controller in construction and preferably on multi-million projects.
* 4Projects experience
* Ability to prioritise workload
