We are recruiting for a client that are looking for a Sales Coordinator for their team that specialize in fluid sealing products. For this role you will need to have a background in either Sales or Account Management. The role is heavily sales based and you will be required to manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts.

You will be responsible for developing business, targeting new clients and growth opportunities, dealing with fast paced incoming inquiries, processing orders and transactions as well as identifying changes in price and delivery times. You will liaise with internal departments such as logistics, quality and procurement in order to ensure customer delivery dates are met.

You will occasionally be required to attend client sites in order to replenish stock onsite and manage all stock and inventory so that when you return to the office you are able to prepare the appropriate invoices for the replenishments.

There is a small warehouse onsite in which you will take turns with other members of the team to package and box up any outgoing shipments.

For this role it is absolutely essential that you are:
- Very Well Organized .
- Proficient in fast mathematic calculations.
- Have a good knowledge of MS office and technology. (Sage experience desirable but not essential).
- Sales and Goal orientated.
- Can use your initiative and work independently.
- Previous B2B or Customer Service experience.
- Fluid Sealing knowledge. (desirable but not essential).
- A Drivers Licence. (occasional van driving required).
